• AMAL JEWELS offers free shipping to its customers across India for order above INR 15,000/-
• We makes all of our jewellery on order; time from order to delivery is normally 14 - 21 days. Occasionally it may vary due to complexity which will be communicated in advance to customers.
• All shipments will be processed once the full payment is received.
• AMAL JEWELS will inform its customers once the order is shipped. You shall be notified if there is any change in the delivery time.
• At AMAL JEWELS we understand that jewellery is gifted on a special occasion or as a surprise. Please let us know in advance to maintain your surprise.
• All our Products are fully insured during the transit PAN India.
• For logistics and insurance purposes, our team may reach out to request an Identity proof of person/s who will be likely to receive the parcel. Our logistics partner will hand over the parcel only to these specified person/s.
• In an uneventfully rare occasion if your shipment is tampered or lost, you must report to AMAL JEWELS immediately. 
• We cannot reroute the shipment once it is shipped from AMAL JEWELS.
